Ichijuu-sansai 一汁三菜(one bowl of soup and three dishes) on the table is the most traditional and standard style in Japan. In this course, you will learn how to cook miso soup and three different seasonal dishes with plain rice.  The dishes include nikujaga(meat and potatoes), ginger pork or teriyaki salmon.

Onigiri course(Rice ball)

I think that onigiri is Japanese soul food. I have been eating a lot from my childhood. Japanese mothers cook many kinds of onigiri for their children.  It is also often have them in lunch boxes.

Sushi roll course

Sushi and Tempura are famous Japanese foods and they have multiple variations. In this course you can learn how to cook sushi rolls and mixed vegetable tempura.They are popular as home-cooking in Japan. You can also taste the miso soup and seasonal side dishes.
